Hanan Perlman is a Graduate Student Researcher at the University of Pittsburgh pursuing a PhD in Learning Sciences and Policy. Hanan’s research interests focus on using policy reform, organizational strategies, technological tools, and professional learning to meaningfully improve educators’ instructional practices and student learning. Hanan holds an MA in educational management, society, and policy from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and a BEd in teaching English as a foreign language from the Kibbutzim Seminar Teachers’ College.
