Our team has designed a survey-based measurement system, the Improvement Network Health and Development Survey, to measure network health. Based on our NIC Health and Development Framework, this survey is intended for all network members to take annually (typically near the end of the school year) and gives a snapshot of member perceptions of network health along the six domains.
